Obi Cubana, Maduka others to speak at Transform Business Conference 2026

The Transform Business Conference (TBC) an evolving leadership forum has announced its second annual gathering, billed to feature leading entrepreneurs and leaders of thought like Dr. Cosmas Maduka, OFR — Chairman/CEO, Coscharis Group, Dr. Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) — Chairman/CEO, Cubana Group and many other notable individuals as lead speakers.

In a statement signed by TBC’s Project Director Ambassador Kingsley Enwelim Nwanze, the much-anticipated conference will help to foster cross fertilization of business ideas, aids better networking, enterprise development, and values-driven innovation.

Nwanze officially declared that the 2026 edition of TBC with the theme: “Leading Against the Odds: Innovation, Integrity, and Career Advancement in Nigeria’s Business Environment,” will hold on Friday, 12th June 2026, at the Festival Hotel, Conference and Spa (Former Durbar Hotel), Festac Town, Lagos.

“This conference was designed to inspire ethical leadership, entrepreneurial resilience, strategic innovation, and sustainable career advancement within Nigeria’s evolving business landscape.

“The first edition was convened in 2025; the Transform Business Conference has quickly emerged as one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing platforms for thought leadership.”

According to Nwanze the theme for TBC 2026 reflects the realities of today’s economic and professional climate and aims to spotlight individuals whose journeys exemplifies courage, enterprise, integrity, and transformational impact.

“The maiden edition recorded remarkable success, attracting over 2,500 participants from diverse sectors, including business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers, professionals, creatives, and emerging leaders nationwide.

“The overwhelming attendance and commendations received affirmed the conference’s credibility and relevance as a national platform for business and leadership advancement.
