Arsenal legend Paul Merson has released his predictions for Matchday 24 of the Premier League, with fixtures scheduled across the weekend and concluding on Monday night.

The round of matches will see several high-profile encounters, including Arsenal’s away clash against Leeds United on Saturday evening.

Chelsea are set to host West Ham United in another London derby, while Liverpool will welcome Newcastle United to Anfield on Saturday night.

Sunday’s fixtures include Fulham taking on Manchester United and a blockbuster showdown between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City. The matchday will wrap up on Monday night when Sunderland host Burnley.

Sharing his predictions via Sportskeeda, Merson backed Arsenal to secure a comfortable away victory at Leeds and tipped Tottenham and Manchester City to settle for a draw in what he expects to be a closely contested encounter.

According to Merson, Arsenal’s title credentials should be strong enough to see them through against Leeds, while Liverpool are likely to edge Newcastle at Anfield.
