The desperate Tayo was said to have sought the assistance of his former colleague and bosom friend, Mr. Jimmy, who willingly accepted to the demand.
Thereafter, Tayo was employed as the Company’s Sales Representative and was subsequently provided with a Mitsubishi utility vehicle with Reg. No YD 993 KJA to facilitate the distribution of the company’s products.

Olashile was said to have demanded to know why he was not remitting sales proceeds, Tayo was said to have alleged that the company’s customers were yet to pay him for what they purchased. Olashile, who knew that the company does grant credit running into over N5m, suspected some foul play and realizing the huge sums involved, decided to report the incident to his immediate boss, Mrs. Adeniyi, who immediately summoned Tayo to her office where it was discovered after interrogation that those who he claimed were yet to pay for what they purchased, were actually not owing.
Having realized that he has been exposed and suspecting that the Management could institute legal proceedings against him, He was alleged to eloped with his family and has since not been seen.
When some representatives of the company visited his residence on No.2 Hassan Adeshola Street, Ikotun, a suburb of Lagos they were shocked when neighbours revealed that he had parked his family and belongings and that he never revealed where he was heading for.
The Management realizing that they have been short-changed, went after his guarantor Mr. Jimmy, who not only expressed shock and disbelief at his friends’ action but took an undertaking to pay the said amount by instalment.
