Tinubu’s court-ordered Gender Reveal in Chicago: now that fraud is reconfirmed, will the Supreme Court reconfirm the fraudster?

The records released by CSU pursuant to two US District Court orders did not fail to fulfil expectations. Tinubu was revealed to have been a female at his community college as reported last year by David Hundeyin. He has essentially set a world record as the first human being who required two court orders for his gender reveal!

But on a more serious note, he was also revealed to have submitted a forged certificate to INEC despite the fact that CSU claimed not to have a copy of his diploma to produce maybe to reduce the sting of outrightly exposing student. Whatever the case, they have committed institutional harikiri (suicide) because no academic institution worth its salt in a country like America can afford to lose students’ records.

Nevertheless, a comparative analysis of certificate samples they provided clearly show his certificate to be a fraud as David Hundeyin already reported last year. Hundeyin even showed the website where such fake certificates can be purchased!

So while he may have attended CSU as a male because none of CSU’s documents mention his gender (although his admission letter addresses him as “Mr.”) his transcript for admission shows he was a female at his prior institution.

In other words, a male Bola A. Tinubu could have attended CSU but he did so in borrowed robes of a female Bola A. Tinubu!

Then it gets worse. Bola A. Tinubu may have attended CSU but gained admission there only on the strength of an unknown lady’s community college certificate however even that prior Southwest college certificate was on the strength of a fake secondary school attended in Nigeria!

In other words, the released records show a serial pattern of fraud. Tinubu never attended Government College Lagos as he claimed to INEC and later disclaimed thus he lied to CSU and Southwest College about high school attendance.

So in addition to the offense of presenting a forged certificate to INEC, and false statements on oath, we now see fraud against these American institutions that therefore potentially annul degrees he acquired thereat.

It should be pointed out in his defense that he submitted a Cambridge Higher School Certificate (HSC) to Southwest College. However I did not see the back of the certificate which may not have been released by CSU for whatever reason (or maybe I missed it).

Nevertheless, the Cambridge HSC certificate only complicates matters for Tinubu.

Firstly, he has not tendered it or listed it as a qualification obtained in his INEC forms. Nobody fails to disclose an academic laurel achieved when asked except for mischievous reasons. People generally lie about receiving a diploma and not lie about not receiving a diploma!

Secondly, the HSC certificate is not consistent with any school he has attended. It is a post-secondary qualification obtainable in anglophone West Africa and England interalia but not in the US.

The fake Government College which he claimed to attend first of all did not exist at the time he attended it. Moreover, even if it had existed, it did not qualify students for HSC. In other words, Tinubu attended a ghost academic institution that he did not disclose. Again nobody attends a school and forgets they attended it or hides it!

Perhaps one can now understand why Tinubu outdid his predecessor Buhari who used five SANs to defend his certificate in naira while he defended his certificate abroad in dollars.

If the Cambridge certificate is forged, then Tinubu has in effect defrauded not only Nigeria and the US but the UK also and is therefore a multinational fraudster.

This has significantly negative repercussions. The most despised Nigerians in Diaspora are drug dealers and scammers who give the nation a bad name such as the cartel Tinubu was associated with.

However in America where Nigerians have been shown by polls to be the most educated community in the US, Tinubu’s fraud-tainted credentials are a big slap in the face of studious Nigerian Americans.

But there is even greater self-harm for Tinubu with a potentially forged HSC certificate which was not included in his INEC form. If his community college and university diplomas are vitiated due to the fake Government College claimed, then he literally has no educational qualifications to be president constitutionally.

So while the perjury and forgery crimes earlier referenced in part 17 of my court diary yesterday have been confirmed, the big new take away is potential new crimes as well regarding the only remaining institutions thought to be true in Tinubu’s CV. Indeed the documents released by CSU clearly state that lying is a punishable offense that includes revocation of admission amongst others!

Any wonder then that he bizarrely pleaded potential devastation if his records were released?

As the critical document review continues with depositions today, an insurmountable prima facie case of serial fraud has already been established. All that is left to say is, “Nigerians, behold His Fraudulency, the Grand Con-mander of Nigeria. Supreme Court, behold your opportunity. The American judiciary has awarded you a penalty kick after VAR check. It is up to you how you take the shot.”
