Zenith Bank Plc has been honored as the ‘Bank of the Year, Nigeria’ at the prestigious Banker’s Bank of the Year Awards 2024, organized by The Banker Magazine, a publication of the Financial Times Group, United Kingdom.

The accolade was conferred during a ceremony held in London on December 4, 2024, recognizing the bank’s outstanding management, robust business strategy, and its leadership in sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

The award distinguishes leading financial institutions across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, making Zenith Bank’s win a testament to its prominent standing in the financial industry.

Reacting to the award, the Group Managing Director/CEO of Zenith Bank, Dame (Dr.) Adaora Umeoji, OON, expressed gratitude, emphasizing the bank’s dedication to excellence.

“We are delighted and honored to receive this recognition. It reflects the trust of our customers, the visionary leadership of our Board, and the dedication of our staff.
