A notable social critic, Senator Shehu Sani, on Thursday, wondered why illegal refineries function well but legal refineries malfunction in Nigeria.

He expressed concerns why illegal refineries do not have the problems of legal refineries in Nigeria even without turnaround maintenance.

According to Shehu Sani, @ShehuSani “I wonder why illegal refineries don’t have the problems of legal refineries; the former is always working even without turn around maintenance.”
