As for fuel it can not work bcs it will crash Nigeria economy to the end and the chance of survival will only belong to the rich.as for electricity,tell federal government to provide prepaid meter to every one,once that is done we are OK,but in a situation you estimating on people what they never consume will not work o o.take it or not if government try it they can survive the crisis that will follow
