The Federal High Court in Abuja today issued an order mandating the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to release socialite and businesswoman Aisha Achimugu within the next 24 hours.

Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a brief ruling, further directed all parties involved in the suit, particularly the EFCC, to appear before the court on May 2 to provide an update on their compliance with this order.

“The Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to, within 24 hours, release the socialite and businesswoman, Aisha Achimugu.”
