Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has made a u-turn on the Red Devils boss Erik ten Hag. National Daily reports that the England international has deleted the explosive post. Sancho had hit out at his boss in his posted message in the wake of United’s defeat to Arsenal earlier this month.
The 23-year-old and ten Hag were involved in a public spat last week. This was following the winger’s exclusion in the matchday squad against Arsenal. United’s boss claimed the exclusion was due to Sancho’s less-than-impressive performances in training.
Later that evening, Sancho took to social media platform X – formerly known as Twitter – to hit out at his manager’s claims, saying he had been made a ‘scapegoat’.
Sancho’s outburst caused quite a stir. There were even suggestions United might try to offload him to Saudi Arabia before their transfer window closed.

Sancho reported to the club’s Carrington training base on Monday for the first time since the saga unfolded.
Players not involved in international fixtures had been given time off after the Arsenal defeat. This means that Sancho and Ten Hag had avoided a run-in until the start of this week.
They are believed to have held crunch, clear-the-air talks. Their discusion centered on Sancho’s public outburst and their relationship. The winger’s future at the club under Ten Hag was also ultimately discussed.
For now, Sancho appears to have climbed down and deleted his message on X late on Tuesday afternoon. The tweet is no longer anywhere to be seen. His most recent message is now a pre-season tweet from 6 August.
Sancho was included in United’s Champions League squad despite the fallout. Meanwhile, Antony’s leave of absence may have heightened Ten Hag’s need to mend bridges. The Dutchman has limited options on the right wing currently.
Although Sancho has deleted his criticism of Ten Hag – and the pair have now spoken privately about the matter – he is still thought to be keen to leave Old Trafford and could explore a move when the January window opens.
