Hopefully, Mauricio Pochettino will drill the club and take it back to where it belongs as one of the biggest team in Europe. Pochettino has been overseeing an exodus of transfers this summer, with not less than five Chelsea players leaving Stamford Bridge. The likes of Kai Havertz, Kovacic, and Mason Mount joined English teams, while Mendy, N’golo Kante, Koulibaly, and Ziyech moved to Saudi Arabia.

Despite selling, Chelsea are also buying. The Blues have so far confirmed three signings this summer, with the likes of Nicholas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku set to join the team in the upcoming pre-season, while an Ecuadorian youngster Paez will join in 2025, when he must have turned 18 years. As it stands, Chelsea have overseen more sales than buying.
Although they have reportedly opened talks with Moises Caicedo and his agent about a possible switch to Stamford Bridge after selling Mason Mount to Manchester United. Although they could now speed up his pursuit and sign him, but the club need more quality and experience additions to help speed up the rebuilding process.
