Nigerian Economic Summit Group calls for registration for NESG 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook Launch
The Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) has called for registration by stakeholders for the NESG 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook Launch, with the theme “Economic Transformation Roadmap: Medium Term Policy Priorities”.
The NESG in its notice disclosed that the NESG 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook Launch will hold on Wednesday, 24th of January 2024 at 10.00am.
NESG noted that the policy orientation of the new government signifies a unique opportunity for Nigeria to address its numerous socio-economic challenges, optimise economic potential, and yield favourable outcomes for its citizens.

According to Group, “The NESG 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook will emphasise the significance of the government adopting an economic transformation agenda to foster sustained high economic growth.”
The Group, therefore, enjoined stakeholders to “Register for the NESG 2024 Macroeconomic Outlook Launch, with the theme “Economic Transformation Roadmap: Medium Term Policy Priorities” on Wednesday, 24th of January 2024 at 10am.”
The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Dr. Olayemi Cardoso, is the Keynote Speaker.
The four panelists are Dr. Christian Ebeke, Nigeria Country Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF); Dr. Muhammad Sagagi, Former Vice Chairman, Presidential Economic Advisory Council; Dr. Alex Sienaert, Nigeria Lead Economist, World Bank; and Dr. Osasuyi Dirisu, Executive Director, Policy Innovation Centre.
According NESG, the event is strictly by invitation.
