Think your tweets have a regal bearing? Buckingham Palace is in the market for a Head of Digital Engagement, who will be responsible for handling the online presence of the Royal Household.

The job, which comes with a princely salary of £45,000-£50,000 (roughly $70,000 or AU$90,000) and 33 days of annual leave, will see one plucky individual devote their working life to keeping the royals presentable online, and making sure they get all the capital letters in the right place when tweeting about the British monarchy.

“Whether you’re covering a state visit, award ceremony or royal engagement, you’ll make sure our digital channels consistently spark interest and reach a range of audiences,” the job description says. If you enjoy tweeting photos of the royal family meeting the hardworking men and women of Britain, or of Princes William and Harry having a lightsaber fight, the job could be right up your alley.

The Queen, who will be 90 tomorrow, beamed out an inaugural tweet from the British Monarchy Twitter account back in 2014, and sent her first email back in 1977.
