Kano court registrar demoted for forgery and falsification
The Kano State Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has taken disciplinary action against Court Registrar Adamu Salisu, demoting him from Grade Level 13 to 12 and removing him from his post at High Court No. 13 for forgery and falsification of affidavits of service. Salisu admitted to forging a bailiff’s signature and unlawfully acting as a Commissioner for Oaths, actions the JSC deemed gross misconduct in its ongoing efforts to uphold integrity within the judiciary.
