Real Madrid could reportedly make an official Eden Hazard transfer announcement in the coming hours after agreeing a deal with Chelsea. The Belgium international has been strongly linked as a top target for Los Blancos for much of this summer and indeed the months before the transfer window, and it looks like they’ve made major strides.
Don Balon claim Real president Florentino Perez believes a deal is done for his club to sign Hazard after making an improved bid of €150million to persuade Roman Abramovich to let the 27-year-old go. While it remains to be seen how accurate this is, it does follow lengthy speculation involving Hazard that suggests there is something to the story.

Just a couple of days ago, Diario Gol also reported that Hazard was expected to move into Cristiano Ronaldo’s house after the departing Portuguese star sold it. Chelsea have also been linked with a few players who could replace the former Lille attacker, with Sport claiming they’re in for Lyon’s Nabil Fekir.
Meanwhile, the Times have suggested CFC are working to sign Anthony Martial as Hazard’s replacement. Anthony Martial has been linked as a potential Eden Hazard replacement at Chelsea
Chelsea have also been linked with Nabil Fekir amid the Eden Hazard transfer rumours. Losing their best player would no doubt be a major blow, but this has looked on the cards for some time and it seems the Blues have players in mind ready to come in if this deal does go through.
