Students laud Etisalat on good quality of service on their campus
STUDENTS of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State have praised Nigeria’s leading innovative and youth centric brand, Etisalat for the good Quality of Service (QoS) being enjoyed on their campus and in Nsukka town in general. This commendation was made during a customer forum session, part of the Etisalat Cliqfest campus tour held at the school recently.
The forum which was designed to get their feedback examined issues such as network quality (voice and data), customer experience and product integration, had the overriding aim of bringing Etisalat products and services closer to the students as well as offering these unique customers seamless interactive opportunities to resolve any issue they may want the company to attend to.
The students gave useful suggestions on how Etisalat can do even more in meeting their peculiar needs. Zeal Okorie, a 500 level student of Mechanical Engineering thanked Etisalat for not only bringing Cliqfest to their campus but also giving them the opportunity to express their thoughts on their experience with the brand so far while urging Etisalat to do even more.

When this hub is set up, you will be able to make purchases, resolve any network issues and source for any form of telecommunication services. More importantly, you will also experience quality customer service that we provide all over the country,” he said.
