2023: Another Tinubu group launches 36 state chapters in Abuja
A support group working to actualize an Ahmed Bola Tinubu presidency in 2023 has been inaugurated in Abuja.
The Tinubu Support Group, (TSG) , whose director-general is Arc. Umar Ibrahim Mohammed, is joining SWAGA and scores of others who are trying to draw the APC national leader in to the 2023 presidential race.
At the launch on Saturday, Mohammed charged the State Steering Committee harmonize their activities with other interest groups back in their various States.
According to him, there are silent majority of followers at the grassroots, hence, he charged the members to go and inaugurate the Local Government teams immediately and deepen activities of the group at the grassroots across the nation.
He said noted the TSG is in search of credible leadership which could be found in Ahmed Tinubu, believing that he would consolidate on gains of President Muhammadu Buhari administration in 2023.
“In our search for credible leadership to consolidate and improve on the enormous gains of the Buhari administration in the next dispensation, we have painstaking and consciously undertaken to observe, study and critically analyse the challenges confronting the nation, as well as our immense potentials and strength”, he said
The event was well attended on Saturday by members of the group from the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
