How taxi driver rapes drunk female passenger he had picked up at 2am
A taxi driver who was working in the wee hours of the night is in hot water after he violated a female passenger.
The taxi driver, Moses Musongo, was on duty in the wee hours of Saturday morning when he came across a drunk female.
The female signaled him to stop as she wanted a taxi to go home.
He duly agreed and while on the way to her house, Musongo diverted the route and proceeded to a secluded spot.
“He forced her out of the taxi and then had sexual intercourse with her without her consent as she was under the influence of alcohol,” said the police in a crime report.
After completing his deed, Musongo dumped the lady in the middle of nowhere.
She looked for help and she was able to get to the police station were she reported the incident.
During his court appearance, Musongo said he could not afford a legal representative.
His case was postponed to 22 February 2022.
