Libya to host Super Eagles in 2025 AFCON Qualifier
The match, scheduled for October 15, will take place in Benina, a city located 19 kilometers outside of Benghazi. Nigeria currently leads Group D with four points, while Libya sits at the bottom of the group.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Libya at the Martyrs of Benina Stadium in their upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match.
The match, scheduled for October 15, will take place in Benina, a city located 19 kilometers outside of Benghazi.
Known previously as Hugo Chávez Stadium, the venue has a capacity of 10,000 spectators.

Nigeria currently leads Group D with four points, while Libya sits at the bottom of the group.
The Super Eagles will first face Rwanda in Uyo on October 11 before traveling to Libya for the decisive match.
Both matches are crucial for Nigeria’s hopes of qualifying for the 2025 AFCON tournament.
