Fubara cautions against altering of Rivers list for PDP Caretaker Committee
Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has cautioned against alteration of list of representatives from Rivers State for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caretaker Committee in Abuja.
The governor was said to have warned that conceding to the peace agreement on the rift in the state should not be taken as weakness.
The governor was, thus, cited to have stated: “I am doing it because of the respect I have for Mr President. But, let me say here, if that action that I have accepted to take would be seen as a weakness, I will surprise them. I want this message to go to them.”
