Liverpool defender, Alexander-Arnold, seeks to buy Raheem Sterling’s house in his move to Chelsea
The summer transfer deals are opening further transactions in property sales by players moving from one city to the other in the English Premier League next season. Liverpool defender, Trent Alexander Arnold, is in negotiation with Manchester City forward, Raheem Sterling, for purchasing of his residence as he arranges to depart to West London to join Chelsea. Sterling’s residence is located in the Cheshire countryside and is said to worth about £4.5 million.
Alexander Arnold resides in South Manchester, same road Liverpool goalkeeper, Alisson Becker, and former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Pogba.
Chelsea are putting up £45 million for the signature of Sterling from Manchester City. The negotiation was said to have gon4 to an advanced stage, with high expectations to seal the deal soon.
