NCDMB boss, Ogbe canvasses for team spirit among staff members
The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe on Tuesday urged for more cooperation among staff members towards achieving the targets of the Nigerian Content 10-year Strategic Roadmap.
He stated this at the first quarter staff town hall meeting held at the 1000-seater NCDMB Conference Centre, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The quarterly TownHall Meeting enables NCDMB’s Management and Staff to interact and communicate effectively.

Engr. Ogbe applauded the workforce of the Board over what he described as outstanding performance and productivity that has lifted the Board to enviable heights.
“I see people whose thought process is to improve the organisation. Their thought process is how to make a difference,” assuring that the Board would always show appreciation, and endeavour to provide good working conditions.
He also lauded the achievements recorded by the agency, especially the human capacity development programme which had produced Nigerians who now provide high-tech services in other African oil-producing countries.
He charged senior officials of the Board to continue delivering high performance in their various roles, to sustain the Board’s premium position.
He also canvassed for team spirit among staff, towards achieving the targets of the Nigerian Content 10-year Strategic Roadmap.
Directors of the Board also spoke at the meeting and charged staff to eschew divisive tendencies, to continue delivering on their responsibilities, and to maintain the Board’s performance as the Number 1 MDA in the country.
