Newcastle beat Southampton 4-1 in away game to consolidate third position on Premier League table
Newcastle on Sunday defeated Southampton 4-1 in an away match in the English Premier League. The victory consolidated Newcastle’[s third position on the EPL table.
Miguel Almiron scored the opening goal for the visiting Newcastle at the St. Mary’s Stadium.
Joe Willock made it 3-0, before Romain Perraud scored for Southampton to reduce the goal tally. Newcastle made it four with Bruno Guimaraes goal.
Newcastle are now behind Manchester City and Arsenal who currently top the table.
