Niger Tornadoes releases 11 players, retains 8 and invites 20 to camp
The 2018/19 Aiteo Cup runners up and Nigeria’s second representative in this years CAF Confederations Cup Niger Tornadoes Football Club of Minna, National Daily was told by the Media Officer of the club, Alhassan Mohammed Kutigi that a decision was reached by Management and Technical Crew of the Club on the need to bolster the team ahead of first leg CAF Confederations Cup fixture with Santoba Fc of Conakry and also the 2019/20 Football season.
Players dropped includes:
Olayinka yusuf, Gwaza Lorliam, Ayo Adetola, Moses Ugwu, Mubarak Sai’d, Mohammed Hussaini, Abashya Gyemini, Chizoba Ndukwe, Obinna jacob. Hassan Saba, Friday Kaburu
While retained players are:
Mustapha Aliko, Reuben Ogbonnaya, Dosso Saib, Bashir Azado, Ismaila Sarki, Ahmadu Liman, Mustapha Jibrin and Erick Frimpong.
Amongst the 20 players invited are: Segun Alebiosu Kwara United.Godwin Zaki, Rangers In’t.Chinonso Udeh, Ifeanyi Ubah.Ifeanyi Okoye, Kwara United.Christopher Lolo, Akwa United. Bamidele Ayodeji, HNK Rijeka Croatia.Kamara Aziz, Rangers In’t.
