Obi congratulates Nduka Obaigbena @ 64
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi, has congratulated the Publisher of THISDSAY Newspaper and Chairman of ARISE Group, Prince Nduka Obaigbena, on his 64th birthday.
Obi in a statement noted that through perseverance, dedication and hard work, Obaigbena has built some of the biggest brands in the nation’s media industry and beyond.
Obi, former Governor of Anambra State, maintained that Obaigbena’s spirit of innovation and enterprise bears much lessons to Nigerians, especially, the leaders. According to him, “In your own illustrious way, you have taught us that true wealth comes from enterprise and hard work, and not living off public funds.
“In many obvious ways, you have continued to contribute to Nigeria’s economy.
“As a truly detribalised and patriotic Nigerian, you have risen above the tribal and religious divisions that weigh down on Nigeria.”
