Presidency 2023: 3 northern governors indicate support for Peter Obi
The Labour Party (LP) may have won over three governors from the north to support the party’s presidential candidate in 2023, Peter Obi. This was disclosed by a legal practitioner in a media interaction om Friday. The legal practitioner, Kayode Ajulo, was said to have revealed that three governors from the north are willing to support the presidential ambition Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) candidate.
Ajulo maintained that the three governors indicated that they would support Obi to become the Nigerian president in 2023.
Ajulo, declared: “I am aware of three governors from the North who have given indications to support him.”
He urged Obi to move beyond southern Nigeria and reach out to the northern part, sating: “selling himself to the people of northern extraction may change the narrative.’’
Ajulo also told Obi to go beyond social media and embrace real term politics by reaching out to all nooks and crannies of the country.
