Reps endorses State of Emergency in Rivers
The House of Representatives on Thursday endorsed the proclamation of State of Emergency by President Bola Tinubu in Rivers State.

The federal lawmakers in the Lower Chamber of the National Assembly, in a voice vote at plenary, approved the declaration of a State of Emergency in Rivers State, and the suspension of Governor Sim Fubara, the deputy governor and all elected members of the state house of assembly, for six months by President Tinubu.
