Sanwo-Olu orders investigation into killing at Lekki toll gate

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday night ordered investigation into the shootings at Lekki toll gate on Tuesday evening, where some #EndSARS protesters were gathered.

The Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotosho, noted that the protesters have been gathered at the Lekki toll gate carrying out peaceful protest in the past few days. He urged Lagos residents to remain calm, adding that the curfew was imposed to minimize tension and restore law and order in the state.
