Sen. Abbo cautions against instigating internal crisis in Adamawa APC
Senator Elisha Abbo, representing Adamawa North in the National Assembly, on Tuesday cautioned members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State against instigating internal crisis in the party.
Abbo, in a statement in Yola on Tuesday, asserted that the party should be heading for victory, not internal wranglings towards the 2023 general elections.
He declared that the current crisis in the state APC is baseless, saddening, unfounded and unfortunate.
Abbo, expressing his support for the current chairman, said party members will not allow moles to cause confusion and destroy the party, emphasizing the need for unity and understanding within the state APC.
Abbo stated: “We won’t allow moles to destroy the party and we are solidly behind the leadership of Bilal.
“As politicians, we should always deploy political solutions to political problems, not envy and hate capable of destroying the party.”
