Senate confirms Dare, Olabiyi, Ararume as NCC board members
The Senate has confirmed the appointment of Senator Olabiyi Durojaiye- Chairman ( South-West), Mr. Sunday Dare- Executive Commissioner-Stakeholder Management as board members of the Nigeria Communication Commission.
The upper chamber also confirmed the appiontment of Senator Ifeanyi Ararume- (South-East), Mr. Clement Omeiza Baiye- ( North-Central) and Chief Okon Ofem Obono-Obla ( South-South) as non-executive commissioners.
The Board of the NCC consists of nine Commissioners, the Chairman, the Executive Vice-Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Two Executive Commissioners and Five Non- Executive Commissioners.
