Super Eagles Coach evade post-match conference after defeat by Ghana
The coach of the Super Eagles B team, Salisu Yusuf, on Saturday evaded the post-match conference at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja, after Ghana defeated Nigeria a second time.
The Eagles lost to Black Galaxies of Ghana in the African Nations Championship (CHAN) second leg qualifier in Abuja. Again, Ghana stopped Nigeria from appearance in Algeria after eliminating Nigeria from the Qatar World Cup.
Ghana knocked out Super Eagles B team of Nigeria from the 2022 CHAN competition on 4-5 goals through penalty shootout in the second leg match at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja. the Eagled had fought and redeemed the two goals defeat in the first leg in Ghana, pegging the final result at 2-2.
Ghana won the first leg in Cape Coast 2-0 last Sunday; lost the second leg in Nigeria 0-2 but won on penalties.
