Terrorists trying to invade estate in Maiduguri resisted, score killed
No fewer than 20 terrorists trying to invade an estate on the outskirt of Maiduguri lost their lives I an encounter with the federal troop on the weekend.
A security source revealed that the operation was executed on Saturday evening when the terrorists attempted to attack the housing estate in the state.
“Yesterday evening over 20 insurgents were killed by Troops with support of air assets as BokoHaram attempted to infiltrate 777 housing estate, outskirts of Maiduguri metropolis, Borno,” source revealed to PRNigeria.
“The incident came hours after troops at Banki Junction, Kumshe area repelled an ambush by another group of terrorists.”
