2 Things PDP will lose from the decamping of FFK
Femi Fani Kayode, a former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, has joined the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), he was received by President Muhammadu Buhari in the State House Abuja on 16th Sep 2021 and other APC party stewards, his decamping shows that there is no permanent enemy in politics.
PDP will miss him, he has been one of the critics of this government. FFK was an oratory politician who understood how to attack issues that is of national importance. He has been at the forefront of providing solutions to many problems affecting Nigeria. PDP will miss him a lot. These are two things they will miss him for.
1. Criticizing APC
If you are looking for the number one critics of the ruling party, no one other than FFK, who always supports the course of the PDP and became the bone in the throat of APC. But now he has switched sides. There’s nothing wrong with a politician switching sides, it happens everywhere especially here, the reason many people are surprised is that they followed FFKs criticism without thinking twice and understanding politics. It is true that how he criticizes the government may or may not be misleading depending on the part you choose to see it. Nigerians, especially youths should wise up! and get involved now.
2. Political Strategy
PDP will lose a great political strategist like FFK. He has years of experience in politics and has been lending the party a lot of strategies which has made them win more states for themselves. But one thing that Nigerians don’t understand about politics is that politicians have the same characters, what you are told yesterday is different from what they will tell you tomorrow. FFK is a brilliant politician that is sort after by all political parties in Nigeria.
