Police arrest two brothers for defiling two minors
Ebonyi State Police Command have arrested two brothers; Chiemerie Nnamani and Nnaemeka Nnamani, for allegedly defiling two sisters; Favour, 7, and Uloma,9, (surnames withheld) in Kafuso Ogwu of Ishiagu community, Ivo Local Government Area of the state.
The suspects are sons of a pastor in one of the new generation churches in the area. A resident of the area, Igwe Moses, said the suspects lured the minors to a corner of the church where they had carnal knowledge of them.

“This is very bad, how would someone whose father has been preaching against such ungodly acts not learn anything good. This is a desecration of the church. It is not just defiling this children, they have committed sacrilege, they have sinned against God and man for defiling these innocent children, they will suffer for it,’’ he stated.
Contacted, the Ebonyi State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP George Okafor, confirmed the defilement incident.
According to him, a medical report shows that the two children were defiled and the matter is already in court.
He said that the parents of the children are living around the church where the father of the suspects currently serves as a pastor and, however, condemned the act.
