1. One of the foods that you need to eat to prevent your eyes from getting weaker as you grow older is fish. Fish contain some nutrients called omega 3 fatty acids which help to keep your eyes healthy and also prevent them from getting dry as you age.
2. Another food that you need to eat in order to keep your eyesight from getting damaged is nuts. Nuts contain high amount of vitamins and they are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids which prevent your eyes from getting weaker as you grow older.
3. If you want to keep your eyes strong and healthy as you grow older, you have to start eating more oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and lots more because they contain high amounts of vitamin A and vitamin E which are great antioxidants that help to keep your eyes from damage and also help to keep them strong.
