AGAIN! Another Commissioner resigns in Rivers
The blooming political crisis ravaging Rivers State has taken a new turn as the state Commissioner for Housing, Gift Worlu has tendered his resignation from Governor Sim Fubara’s government.
Commissioner Worlu has his new move contained in a letter dated May 15 and directed to the governor, through the office of the secretary to the state government.
National Daily Newspaper gathered that he is the second commissioner to resign from the state cabinet today.

It had just reported that the Rivers Commissioner for Education, Professor Prince Chinedu Mmom on Wednesday, resigned as a member of the State Executive Council.
Commissioner Prof. Mmom in his resignation said he resigned due to the toxic working environment which he feels with impede his plan for the educational sector in the state.
