3 Things that cause watery sperm in men
Normally, semen is a thick, whitish liquid. However, several conditions can change the color and consistency of semen. Watery semen can be a sign of low sperm count, indicating possible fertility problems. Ejaculating thin, clear semen may also be a temporary condition with no serious health concerns.
Infertility is one of the most serious and common medical conditions a lot of men out there are suffering. You can not impregnate your woman once you are a victim of this problem because it takes a strong and thicker sperm to fertilize the eggs of a woman during reproduction.
Here are things that causes watery sperm in men every man should avoid
Too Much Alcohol Intake
Alcohol can affect fertility by altering sperm count, size, shape, and motility. In men, heavy drinking affects fertility by lowering testosterone levels, follicle-stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone, and raising estrogen levels, which reduce sperm production.
The good news is that alcohol and sperm health have a reversible relationship. If you stop drinking, your sperm health improves with time. According to research, it takes roughly three months for your sperm production to regain normality after quitting.
Sugar
Analysis shows that diabetes can lead to reduced sperm quality but diabetes as such does not appear to affect the motility of sperm (the ability of the sperm to move towards the egg) or cause infertility as a result. Every man should reduce his intake of sugar and other sugary drinks because the compound in sugar will otherwise lessen the quality of semen production in the body.
Frequent Sex
Frequent ejaculation may lead to watery semen If a person masturbates or engages in sexual activity multiple times per day, their body may not have enough time to produce the same volume or quality of semen. Releasing sperm unnecessary can in turn affect the quality of your semen which may further lead to watery sperm.
