2023: Joe Igbokwe reveals what Governor El-Rufai said about Southern Nigeria in his new post
A popular All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain and Special Adviser to Governor Sanwo-Olu on Drainage and Water Resources, Engineer Joe Igbokwe, took to his social media page and revealed what Governor El-Rufai said about Southern Nigeria regarding the 2023 Presidential election.
Joe Igbokwe shared recently shared a statement made by Governor El-Rufai via his official Facebook page, stating that the (APC) constitution has made it compulsory for its Presidential candidate in the 2023 general election to come from Southern Nigeria.
Joe Igbokwe quoted Governor El-Rufai saying, “APC constitution has made it compulsory for its Presidential candidate in 2023 to come from Southern Nigeria”.
