Police release missing Quadri to father on identification
The Lagos State Police command on Friday revealed the release of a missing boy, Quadri, to his father after identification. The police said that father came forward to identify the boy after learning that the son was in police custody.
The Police in a statement indicated that the boy has been released to the father and reunited with the family.
According to the Command,

“Quadri has been identified by his father after learning that he was in police custody. He has been released to his father and reunited with his family.

“Thank you all for your concern and support in ensuring that his family finds him.”
The Command had earlier published the missing boy which was found and kept in the custody of the Police. The Police further appealed to the public to spread the information until it reaches the family.

“MISSING & FOUND: Quadri Owolabi ‘m’ aged 10 was found wandering around Gowon Estate, Lagos by a good citizen. He cannot remember anything except his name and age. He is safe in the custody of the police.
“Kindly share this information to facilitate his reunion with his family.”
