2019: PDP extends date for sale, submission of nomination forms
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Wednesday, extended the deadline for sale and submission of presidential, governorship and national assembly nomination forms from Thursday September 6 to Monday September 10, 2018.
Kola Ologbondiyan, PDP National Publicity Secretary, announcement the extension of deadline in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja to enable aspirants meet up with necessary accompanying documents duly attached.
Ologbondiyan emphasized that aspirants for the various positions are to submit their completed forms at designated offices not later than Tuesday.
The statement read: “This extension, however, does not apply to aspirants for state House of Assembly position.
“Aspirants in this category are to submit their duly completed forms at officially designated chapter of the party on or before the close of work on Thursday, September 6.
“All members of the party, particularly aspirants for various positions, should be guided accordingly.”
