Chelsea crumble further after Tuchel’s sack, draw 1-1 at home with Salzburg
Chelsea FC of England has continued to crumble after the sack of former manager, Thomas Tuchel, over poor performance. Chelsea had very poor outing in the Champions League home game on Wednesday, playing 1-1 with visiting Red Bull Salzburg at Stamford Bridge.
The hope of Graham Potter, the new Chelsea manager who replaced Tuchel, for a good take off was raised when Raheem Sterling scored a goal in the early time of the second half. This was averted as Noah Okafor scored an equalizer for the visitors.
Graham Potter, however, expressed optimism that they will improve with time. Chelsea currently, has one point from two Champions League games, losing four points in the early stage of the competition.
