Drama as man intercepts couple on the way to wedding venue after giving the bride ₦500K
In the Apete area of Ibadan, Oyo State, on Saturday, a scene of mild commotion occurred when a man intercepted a couple who were on their way to their church wedding.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bride had been involved in relationships with two men and had made promises of marriage to both of them. The bride, accompanied by her groom, was proceeding to the church for the wedding ceremony when the news reached the side lover.

The man trailed the couple to their location and set up an ambush. He confronted them, causing a scene and divulging the fact that he had given the bride ₦500k on Thursday, July 6.
However, unable to bear the embarrassment, the bride collapsed at the scene of the incident. The members of the bridal party and groomsmen were seen attempting to alleviate the situation as they swiftly rushed the bride to a hospital.
