Figures of what states received from N24.9bn ecological funds in H1 2024
Ecological funds shared to the 36 states of the Federation in first quarter of 2024 amounted to N24.9 billion to enable each state tackle the various environmental issues, including erosion, desertification, flooding, oil spills, and drought in their locations.

Kano State received the highest share of N1.04 billion, followed by Lagos State N880.19 million; while Bayelsa State received the least amount of N581.36 million.
