Russia is ramping up preparations for nuclear bomb amidst global tension of World War 3, following U.S. increasing role in Ukraine conflict.
U.S. had declared sending nuclear weapons to Ukraine to fight Russia after European countries and U.S. had authorized Ukraine to use long range missiles to attack territories in Russia.
