Shehu Sani chides Buhari over failing security system
Senator Shehu Sani had subtly chided President Muhammadu Buhari over the constantly deteriorating insecurity crisis in the country after the attack of the deputy governor of Kebbi State by bandits. Shehu Sani in a tweet on his official twitter handle @ShehuSani lamented that if a deputy governor with all the security aides could be attacked and 19 security officials killed in the confrontation with bandits, who else is safe in the country.
Shehu Sani had written: “The attacks on the convoy of the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State and the killing of 19 of his security guards attest to the security paralysis in the country. If such a high-ranking public official is not safe, then who else is safe. The families of those 19 must not be forgotten.”
