Tinubu loses eldest son Jide

The eldest son of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is dead.
The late Jide,first son of Tinubu’s demise still leave many of the party’s loyalist in shock as at press time,none could reveal the course of his death, he was a lawyer by profession.
The Chairman, Lagos State chapter of APC, Otunba Henry Ajomale, confirmed Jide’s transition later affirming his demise.The London chapter of APC gave credence to the news when his death message was awash the social media.

Reports has it that late Jide, had three sons and a wife in London.

Ajomale, in a message, wrote:” It’s with regrets that I inform you of the demise of Mr. Jide Tinubu, the son of our dear and esteemed Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Jide, it was learnt, studied law at the University of Liverpool, England and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999. He obtained a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of London.

The late lawyer served as Promoter of TSL Limited and also worked in the Legal Department of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited from January 2000 to September 2001.

Prior to this, he had brief stints with Cargo Maritime, Paris, France, a firm of ship brokers that specialize in petroleum product tankers, and Ocean and Oil Services Ltd.

Meanwhile, sympathizers were said to have started trooping to the residence of Asiwaju Tinubu, the deceased’s father, located in the highbrow Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, Lagos to commiserate with him.
