Muslim-Muslim Ticket: Adeboye, Tinubu meet; RCCG overseer’s position revealed
The APC presidential candidate Bola Tinubu has met with the General Overseer of the RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, to discuss the ruling party Muslim-Muslim ticket.
The outcome, according to reports, favors Tinubu.
According to ThisDay, Tinubu and his wife Remi, a pastor in the church, met with Adeboye on Sunday at the Redemption camp.
“The meeting was very fruitful. Adeboye is not against Muslim-Muslim ticket,” a source told ThisDay.
The choice of Sen. Kashim Shettima as Tinubu’s running mate hs generated controversies across the Christian circles.
Many church leaders alleged it is Islamization agenda.
