2023 Presidential Campaign: Atiku appoints Saraki, Anyim, Shekarau as Special Advisers
The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 general elections, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has made key appointments, which include former Senate President Bukola Saraki as Special Envoy to the presidential candidate, former Senate President Pius Anyim, Special Adviser; former Governor Ibrahim Shekarau of Kano State, Special Adviser; former Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola of Osun State, Special Adviser; and Senator Ehigie Uzamere, Special Adviser.
Also, the former PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, was appointed Technical Adviser to the presidential candidate.
All appointments are to take immediate effect.
Atiku Abubakar enjoined the appointees to use their vast political experiences in ensuring that the PDP presidential campaign records resounding success in the 2023 election.
