How North dominates Justices of Court of Appeal under Buhari
The Judiciary has been another arm of government where the North has undue domination of the Justices of the Federal Court of Appeal in Nigeria. It has, therefore, been facile for the Federal Court of Appeal to be amenable to control by the political party in power.
Record shows that 23 of the 27 Justices of the Appeal Court are from the North while three are from the entire South.
The 27 Judges in the Court of Appeal and their states as follows:
