Ahmed solicits re-dedication for better governance
Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State has assured the people of the state of his commitment to make life better in the New Year. The governor, however, enjoined the people to rededicate themselves to the pursuit of making the state a model in the country.
Ahmed, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Abdulwahab Oba, declared that “although the year 2016 may be challenging due to the economic problems in the country, his administration remains committed to improving the economic well-being of the people and the infrastructural development of the state.” He indicated his resolve to double efforts and ensures the state surmounts the obstacles that may work against service delivery towards making the people enjoy dividends of democracy in the state.
