Alves eyes Barca return alongside Neymar
Dani Alves wants to return to Barcelona to link up with Neymar, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The 36-year-old is without a club following the end of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain, and he allegedly believes that a deal for Neymar could be done by the end of the first week of August.
Alves made almost 400 appearances in an eight-year spell at Camp Nou, winning six league titles and three Champions Leagues among countless other trophies.
Also, Madrid youngster Mayoral set for Levante.
Real Madrid’s young striker Borja Mayoral is set to spend the 2018/19 season on loan with Levante, report AS.
The 22-year-old’s participation in the European Under-21 Championships meant Mayoral missed out on Madrid’s pre-season camp in the United States, and he isn’t a part of Zinedine Zidane’s plans.
Mayoral was at Levante last season and scored five goals in 33 appearances, helping his side to a 15th-place finish in La Liga.
